Hilton Head Island-based Global Real Estate Advisor Allyson Etheridge is a founding
member of the top-producing Etheridge Group. With a family legacy in Lowcountry real
estate dating back to the late 1960s and over two decades of personal experience,
Allyson channels a lifetime of knowledge into each transaction.

Allyson attended the University of Georgia before graduating cum laude from the
University of North Florida with a degree in communication. She launched her real
estate career in 2004, where her sharp eye for marketing and natural proclivity for
service quickly garnered attention. In the mountains of North Carolina, she co-founded
an award-winning brokerage with her husband, Brian Etheridge, which was later
acquired by one of the largest firms in the Carolinas.

In 2019, the Etheridge Group expanded its reach to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Originally from Amelia Island, Florida, Allyson now exclusively serves the Lowcountry
with Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty. By prioritizing client experience,
innovative marketing, and luxury service, the Etheridge Group has personally closed
over 600 transactions with more than $450 million in closed sales volume, while
leading teams that have closed over 3,250 transactions and more than $1 billion in
closed sales volume.

Having personally moved over 20 times, Allyson has extensive experience in renovating
and remodeling her own homes, bringing a unique understanding of the challenges and
rewards involved in the process. A born relationship builder, Allyson thrives within the
Sotheby’s International Realty network, where her warm approach and extensive
knowledge make her a key referral for agents in other markets. Sought after by high-end
clients, developers, and her peers, Allyson is an expert in all facets of real estate, from
luxury resale properties to new developments. By positioning her clients as the top
priority, Allyson consistently achieves outstanding outcomes.

Allyson serves as a Director for the Hilton Head Association of Realtors and on the
Board of Regents for the Leadership Program for the Hilton Head Island Bluffton
Chamber of Commerce. In her personal time, Allyson enjoys golfing and fishing. She
and her husband, Brian, have two teenage sons, and together they embrace the
Lowcountry lifestyle.
