A natural born leader, Allyson Etheridge is passionate about guiding others on their journey and takes great pride in seeing them achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Prior to joining Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, Allyson, together with her husband Brian, co-founded an Asheville area boutique real estate firm and she also served as its managing broker. With over 19 years of industry experience, Allyson is committed to offering exceptional support and direction to those she works with on a day-to-day basis. Described as loyal, dedicated and consistent, she follows the golden rule and always treats others with kindness and fairness.
An accomplished professional, Allyson previously served as the retail special events and marketing manager for Amelia Island Plantation, where she was part of a retail management team that opened a new shopping center with 10 high-end stores. Allyson created and managed more than 250 retail marketing events a year while serving as a manager on duty over the staff in all 10 shops. Allyson also planned and implemented the Amelia Island Wine Festival and Amelia Island Tour of Homes to help raise money for local charities.
Deciding it was time for a change, she took on a new role with a national real estate company in 2004 in Highlands, North Carolina and was honored as Sales Associate of the Year in 2005. An avid supporter of the community, she also served on the Highlands Wine Festival event committee.
Hailing from Amelia Island, Florida, Allyson resides in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with her husband Brian and their two sons, Reynolds and Hayes. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, boating, bike riding, walking, traveling and dining out. Allyson also loves to entertain and cook for friends and family. She volunteers for Soles4Souls, Homeward Bound and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, NC REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the HHAR Board of REALTORS® and the HHIB Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2023. Allyson attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia and then graduated from the University of North Florida
in Jacksonville, Florida with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
